Shipping Policy

Bambuttva provides shipping for orders all over the globe using reliable courier service by India Speed Post. However, Bambuttva cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to factors beyond their control like custom clearance. They will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated time mentioned in the order confirmation. Items once shipped cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. International shipping will approximately take 15-20 days.

Cancellations

We will be able to accept a cancellation request anytime before we ship it. If your payment has already been processed, we will refund your money immediately after canceling the order. However, we may deduct any banking transaction charges that we incurred due to your order and its cancellation. Zero Cancellation charges would be deducted if it is requested within 24 hours of the payment.
