The Bamboo Tea

The bamboo leaves create a delicious, nutritious infusion with a light green-yellow colour with a number of health benefits.
 
Bamboo Tea has a delightfully mild taste that quenches the thirst.
 
It can also be consumed on its own, with or without sweetener.
 
One can also consume it as an ice cold beverage.

Directions to use

1. Add 1 cup of water to a saucepan

2. Add 1 tbsp per cup of Bambuttva Green Tea & let it boil for 2-3 mins.

​

3. Strain the leaves and stir well.

​

4. Serve hot. Add lemon, honey if desired.
